I wonder what his grandfather would say about this?My new truck had a clink in the steering brought it in they said nothing was wrong...2nd time they said they fixed it but when I got my truck back it was worse and the check engine light was on...i talked to the service manager he was nice and said they'd take care of it and they were really sorry...when I brought it back they fixed the check engine light but not the original problem which was the clunk...4th time they replaced a steering shaft with a updated one but It didn't fix the problem still exactly jow it was..i called and was told to leave a message with the service manager so I did and now it's been two days and I've heard nothing back yetTook my car in to get Trans work done.
