Now I will be charged interest on my credit card as that is how I paid for the work on my teeth..... thank you unum dental for such a bad service! You will be given zero time to read your emails, yet expected to keep up on the pile you get every day. So I'm in the dark about it. The only issue I keep running into (and this could be something on my end) is trouble uploading images from my albums that weirdly don’t want to show that causes the app to throw me out, and sometimes I have to go into open my albums and browse my photos to refresh them in order for them to appear when trying to upload them on UNUM. Truly, the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at ANY company.

I’ve used my UNUM app for over 4 years & it works amazingly. unum.co.uk. People shouldn't have to go through the insurance ombudsman to get what what was promised to them via your policies in the UK in this day and age. Lots of perks.Very metric-focused, but that's often true with most customer service roles.Plenty of PTO, great management, good benefits, bonuses.
Could be me, but when I use any other app for uploading photos/videos I have no trouble seeing my photos and trying to upload them.
