So dogmatisch bleibt der Satz auch stehen, Nozick bringt keine Rechtfertigung seiner Rechtstheorie an, was ihm aus philo-Sicht wirklich schlimm anzukreiden ist. I very strongly disagree with the authors views I met Nozick once, he gave an engaging, thoughtful review of his theory.

I find the works of Mises, Rothbard and Hoppe to be more grounded in logic.
The classic read for a libertarian. There were too many assumptions within it that had me questioning the ideas presented. Compelling philosophy.

Search Britannica But I had already read his book by then, so I never took my hand of my wallet the whole time;) Read this book just before or just after reading Rawls' A Theory of Justice. He advances a simple, elegant, and difficult-to-argue-with libertarianism, one that forms a foundation for libertarian thinking today.
