The pool is great, the equipment has just been updated. The Standards Program Trustmark is a mark of Imagine Canada used under licence by the national office of YMCA Canada. It's not enormous, but the offerings are wide, varied, and enough to keep most any borderline fitness enthusiast involved and stimulated to keep up a regimen, try new exercise, ensure correct form, and maybe meet some nice people along the way. I didn't get it five stars because I do think the amount of variety in classes is lacking. The YMCA offers swim lessons for babies and toddlers ages 6 - 36 months and their parents.

It is a ginormous room with a bouncy house, every type of toy imaginable, children's rock climbing walls, art table, sand table, and even a fully stocked baby room. YMCA and Drowning Prevention Coalition receive funding to offer 10,000 free swim lessons I'm a member at a different location, but brought my daughter here for gymnastics, I was very impressed by all the updates to this location.This YMCA was recently renovated and features all new fitness equipment (treadmills with their own cable TVs!) Absolutely love this place! It has great facilities for a family, not for profit. My children always have a great time and are tired and ready for nap when I come get them. Knowing how to swim can save your life — or even someone else's. We love it here!This is definitely a nice YMCA. Many swim schools start providing lessons to babies starting at six months of age and older, although there are some locations that have infant classes for two- to five-month-olds.
