I also absolutely loved the premise, and many moments through out the episode make me LMFAO. However, Janeway reveals that she has in fact fooled the Clown and is not Kathryn Janeway but a Kes and the medical staff help Kim, the programmer and the physician out of the stasis units, the resuscitation process complete.
