Very laid back, casual family atmosphere.Great pizza, burgers, fries, and specials. It's our responsibility, and we aspire to do better every day.
Some of us got our drinks within 5 minutes. Came there at 745 left at 815 because no one served us. 1 friend.
A little busy, okay, but at least acknowledge that we are there, give us menus or tell us it will be a moment but 3 waitresses looked at us and walked away! They ended up saying they would comp. We had our drinks within 4 minutes of sitting down. Our food was delivered 15 minutes later, and they were packed during a street festival night.
Once we had finally gotten our food and finished it, we still had to wait over 20 minutes to get our bill. The next day, we went to House of Flavors. No chips and then they argued there were chips on it.
This makes it into my top 5 pizza list. Waitress rolling her eyes at us, we saw her throw menus at these people and they all got up and walked out!
Nachos. The fish was perch and had no flavor. I could of did a better job.
Italy. Share review. We want everyone to have access to better-for-you options and…Very disappointed in our visit. I have heard a lot of complaints about this place.They've closed down. They we're so unbelievably rude!! As I walked back to my table there and I am not kidding 8 tables that had not been bussed in 20 minutes.
All in all I can say I would not go backLudington is our second home and we have always loved Stix pizza.

Worst service I have EVER experienced!!
We were there for 2 1/2 hours to just have dinner. I highly recommend you DO NOT go to this place and our food was just ok!
Completely unresponsive and uncaring staff.Long waits & very marginal food - a lot of young staff more concerned with chatting with each other than getting orders in or out. Useful. Ludington is a major tourist town in the summer. No seating, so we sat at the bar. A few stopped at the bar to just talk to each other.

At least half of us would have gotten our food. Never go here if u want a decent butt hole in Michigan.Wow - terrible experience.
Not acceptable!!! I didn't have to because my husband and I just came by for a beer and we sat ourselves as was indicated on the sign. Wondering where you can buy TERRA products? You certainly can't beat the food for the price!
He came back and told us the food order had gone at 9:15.
Seriously you are a bar in Michigan with nary a bottle of Oberon. 2 photos. Our meal was 50 dollars, and we got a free beer and pop for a ruined evening on our vacation. It was probably 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We used to like going there.
