DM15 was released a month before S2 airing so maybe DM16 will be released in September

Grammatical editing is almost never done by the writer due to the tendency to read what they meant rather than what they wrote, this is why self edited work tend to be ridden with errors. If that is the issue it probably wont come out until October now, hopefully if they do this they at least will release volume 17 at the end of the anime season or the month after the anime ends along with the one of the blu rays releases of season 3, but that might be just too much wishful thinking at this point.
