This was a surprise to me, as I assumed that taller would be better, but apparently a severe angle is not necessary to tame the GERD.

Secondly, it helped with my sinus issues. With no operations or shots of any kind and nooooo pain meds.It is also comfortable not to hard. Cotton, wool, and latex materials are all certified for the strictest ecological and social standards. I have to always pay attention to my moves.

Or, just the extra pillow protectors?Been looking for a good wedge pillow, I was surprised to find right here at Wayfair, the wedge helps me get the best rest possible keeping my upper body at a upward slant, helping me with my issues with night time reflux.Not sure this helped me at all after my neck surgery. There is no longer any sliding off the stack, winding up flatter and having trouble breathing.

It does take some time to "fully" harden to the intended firmness as all foam products do.

It's just a bit too short (I ordered the 7" to be completely fair) to use as a replacement for a Liberator wedge, but for a fraction of a fraction of the price I was willing to take the risk. I bought a 7" pillow for myself because of sinus issues and to prevent pneumonia.
