The Zoo says staff are still working hard to put a wide range of measures in place to protect both workers and guests. Our staff will be wearing face masks either when social distancing with their colleagues is unavoidable, when in close contact with certain animals or if they choose to.Any catering outlets which are open will be serving takeaway only and may be offering a reduced menu.
