Little did we know that there was a 5 foot square window to the roof. I have lived here for 5 years...this is my second apartment with them (I transferred from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom). The apartment manager and two staff members arrived within… Do not rent from this company!!! It is still the terribly incompetent management that do not care about any of your concerns.
A few short months after moving in they decided to… I filed a couple of minor requests online for the kitchen and bathroom lights to be fixed but found that management does not read their online requests as I needed to call and repeat myself when I did't hear back from them after a week. They provide you with a dirty apartment with significant preexisting damage and agree to fix it, but never get around to it.

They are thieves! They add on various ridiculous charges, charge you extreme amounts for painting, etc. Our time there was marked by what most would consider minor problems UNTIL we left.
My rent was never raised and I got my security deposit back minus $200 for painting.
We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.
This… The management is simply incompetent. The elevator (yes there's only 1) take forever and the managment is constanly taking it off line to work on it or it is broken so if you live on the upper floors be in shape to use the stairs. I lived at the Amalfi for a little over 2 years from 2004-2006 and when I moved out in 2006, the company… ...is not gold. 9 AM to 6 PM The Amalfi offers magnificent apartment amenities with convenient comforts combined casually with the calming charm of Southern California living.
