Is it the best fit, no, but usable. Hardest part was lifting it and moving it because that beast is heavy, but I got it done. Have you made any progress on this?I made monster mini feet work on my monster lite rack by simply cutting a 6 x 12″ piece of 3/4 inch thick stall mat and placing it underneath the feet. ie rep fitness or titan etc….Yes, if the tubing size is also close enough that the attachment can wrap around it right.I just bought a ELITEFTS 3X3 BASIC COLLEGIATE with 3/4 inch holes.
Body Solid does NOT have jammer/ adjustable lever arms for this rack. This is a part of their products that outperform all other companies. Your best bet right now might to be carefully give some larger safety straps with 1″ hardware a try, either the Rogue Monster or the 75x75mm Rep or Titan.Edit: The Valor BD-11 is 32″ between uprights, so any straps will need to be a little longer than that.Great, I’ll probably add a note on it. That jives with what another reader said about the ForceUSA pegs being smaller than 5/8″. Thanks for the additional details on Titan, Rogue and Rep.Does anyone know anything about the maxxus fold up rack?
I just got a set of REP Plate Horns that I thought would fit 3×3 1″ but the hole spacing is off about 1/4″ (I see someone posted that the REP PR-5000 is actually 2.95′. But can’t seem to find a perfect match.
I have no real way of saying for certain that they're telling the truth other than to trust their word. The problem with the smaller racks is they don't allow for a lot of the fun stuff I like to do. Thank you for this list. You have the PR-5000, TITAN, and Monster listed as 1″ holes; they’re definitely all 1″ *hardware. The Titan T-3 Series Heavy Duty Power Rack is perfect for any professional or at home gym!Built using heavy 11ga (3.25mm) steel, this rack will not ever give way or back down. Starting with the SML Squat Stands (I currently use one as a standing desk) and moving all the way up to the monstrous RML-690C.
These power racks are the perfect fit for dips, bench press, curls, pull ups, and much more.
Rather than being connected like Rogue has done, Titan decided to keep them separate adding stability to the rack and allowing for two people to do pull-ups at the same time. The powder-coat holds chalk decently well, but it's quite a bit slicker than Rogues.I've written an exhaustively detailed article on both racks, but now you have to decide which is best for you.If you want the absolute best and are willing to spend the money than I would suggest going with the Rogue R-3 Power Rack.If you don't sweat the details and simply want a rack that is going to perform years of reliable service, then go with the Titan T-3 Power Rack. You literally cannot go wrong with either, it just comes down to how much you want to spend.I would like to end with what I truly believe: The Titan T-3 is the best value power rack available today, and nothing comes even close! The Bells of Steel Trap Bar 2.0 is one of many trap bars on the market, however, it is one of the only with rotating Olympic sleeves and happens to be at a pretty good price point.
?!?! Looks like a rogue knockoff? Back to the levers, do you know if titan T-3 is 2×3, 50x75mm, or 50x90mm?
This isn't as big of an issue because the uprights should be Both racks experience this swaying, but I really only notice it when using the Matador dip horns. One feature that Rogue has spent a lot of time and money on perfecting is their powder-coat.
Thanks in advance for your help! That makes sense to go with 1″ holes for future use of the accessories on a new rack. You see it on just about everything they make from their specialty bars to their racks.
This can be less bad than the wrong hole size, because you can glue shims (Some attachments work well enough even if they’re loose. Bummer, I know.I'm guessing this keeps consumers from purchasing a Rogue rack and then decking it out with cheaper Titan accessories. But it might crack under the bodyweight…Will the Titan T-2 dip bars fit on a Rep Fitness PR-1000? Attachments as a rule don’t fit perfectly snug, but better brands like Rogue and Rep Fitness have the highest and most consistent quality, in contrast to the gamble you may be taking on a cheaper brand like Titan Fitness or some Amazon-only brand.Titan Fitness makes their rack tubing in millimeter sizes. I love handmade products like There's a reason that all of Rogue's welds are so clean. Would plastic shims work here, or too risky?Thoughts/info on using Rogue monster lite trolley arms on a Titan X3?Also FYI, regarding Rep HR-5000 it states 3×3″ 11 gauge steel with 1″ diameter holes on entire upright, increasing compatibility for attachments (exact tube steel dims are 2.95″ x 2.95″). I can’t imagine any modern J-cups fitting on that kind of unique shape.Hello Sir.
