In this company growth is slow and you will not learn anything new in this company, no communication because its a blended process. They customer satisfaction surveys I was getting back were off the charts good...(like 10 out of 10 for the first dozen surveys good)...then it came time if the calls that demanded a greater technical base. Until skyview bought it and it got the name "continuum". Training is all backwards and does not help.
